Karl G. Williams has a passion for helping service members, veterans, and their families succeed. In 2024, he founded Help A Veteran Everywhere LLC., a business dedicated to supporting service members, veterans, and their families by advising, counseling, and connecting them with specific resources to find success during and after their time in the military. Karl understands the criticality in providing the right information to those he serves to improve their quality of life.

Karl is a combat veteran who retired from the U.S. Army in 2013 after 30 years of honorable service. He served in various duty positions, assignments, and deployments, both on active duty and in reserve capacity, and gained extensive professional military experience in leadership, operations, logistics, training and personnel management.

For the past 12 years, Karl pursued assisting veterans with employment, housing and Veteran Affairs (VA) benefit resources in various roles at the American Red Cross Greater Cincinnati Tri State Chapter, the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, the Volunteers of America Northern California/Northern Nevada, and Easterseals Redwood.

As a Certified Professional Resume Writer and a graduate of American Dream U - Military Veteran Program, he has several years of experience as an Employment Specialist, Job Developer, Case Manager (Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program), and Military Veteran Services Manager (MVS), Karl assisted countless service members, veterans, spouses, dependents and survivors with employment preparation, housing referrals, local, state, federal agencies/resources and VA benefits eligibility assistance during his tenure.

He is proud to be an American Soldier and displays his patriotism daily as a resident of Lexington, Kentucky and as a community resource partner in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Tri-State area. He shares his experience by remaining actively involved as a member of the Tri-State Military Family & Veteran Community Partnership in collaboration with Easterseals Redwood, and VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH.

A strong proponent of continuing education, Karl also serves as a regular guest speaker at the Ohio Mean Jobs in Cincinnati, presenting several classes on resume preparedness, VA benefits and eligibility, and the methods of obtaining Federal Employment.

Karl is supported by a robust family network including his children Whitney and Kristopher, his nephew Jacob, niece-in-law Ashley, friends, co-workers and veterans across the United States.
